1. Product Description
Our plugins are custom WordPress extensions originally developed for specific client projects. They are provided “as is” based on their original specifications.
2. Updates & Changes
- We provide regular updates that may include bug fixes and new features
- We may expand plugins with new functionality in the future
- We reserve the right to discontinue development on any plugin, though we will continue to provide support
3. Support
Email support is available at hey@johnmac.pro. We support plugin functionality only—we do not provide assistance with custom WordPress builds, website implementations, or other technical integrations beyond the plugin itself.
4. Return Policy
- 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to hey@johnmac.pro and include your license code. Refund requests must also be sent from the email the license was purchased on.
- Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for purchase
- License will be deactivated upon return
- No questions asked
5. License & Usage
- Licenses are provided per domain and automatically activated upon purchase
- Each license covers one domain/website
- Multi-domain licenses (e.g., 5-site licenses) are available for separate purchase
- Licenses are non-transferable
- You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the plugins
6. Subscriptions & Billing
- Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will receive advance notice before renewal
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hey@johnmac.pro
7. Intellectual Property
- All plugin code, design, and functionality remain the property of JohnMac.pro
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugins for your licensed domain(s) only
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the plugins
8. Limitation of Liability
- Plugins are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- JohnMac.pro is not liable for data loss, website downtime, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from plugin use
- We recommend testing plugins on staging sites before deploying to production
- Your use of our plugins is at your own risk
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our plugins constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
